1. Membership in the Astronomical League (www.astroleague.org)
2. Discounts on subscriptions to both Astronomy and Sky & Telescope magazines*
3. Star Party volunteer opportunities
4. Camping Star Party opportunities
5. First pick for campsite reservations at the annual Idaho Star Party TM.
6. Field trips to area planetariums
*Please contact our Treasurer with questions on magazine subscriptions.
Our membership meetings are normally held on the second Friday of each month, in a room at the Anser Charter School, 202 E 42nd St, Garden City. Meetings often feature an interesting program or presentation, and the opportunity to spend time with other astronomy enthusiasts. Guests are welcome at our monthly Star Parties and meetings. We are always hoping they will become a member after attending our meetings.
